Hello :)
I love TV and Movies. Science Fiction and fantasy in particular, but really I'll watch anything (if it has a good plot and/or exceptional acting, I'll probably watch it several times!).
My current obsession (well, one of my current obsessions) is Doctor Who. I watched the classic eps on PBS as a kid, but only recently got back into it when Sci Fi started airing Eccleston's season (how could I not?). I had been reading fanfiction online for a while (mostly Buffy and Angel), so naturally I began looking for Doctor Who fanfiction. To make a long story short, an addiction was born.
I really never intended to write any myself. But then one day, without warning, this furry little plot bunny popped up (you know the one; he has long ears and a fluffy tail) and said "Write me!". Well of course, I said "No, I don't write fanfic. Go visit someone else." But he was having none of it. "Write Me!!!" he insisted. "No!!" I insisted. Then he started interrupting my sleep. "WRITE ME!!!" he screamed. That time I just put in ear plugs and ignored him. Unfortunately, when I looked back, he had multiplied. (Don't ask me how he did it; I don't even want to contemplate what those plot bunnies do when left to their own devices!) Finally, when the bunnies started stealing carrots and taunting my cat, I gave. After all, who am I to resist the mystical powers of the plot bunnies?
